Novotel Toronto Vaughan Centre

Its a brand new hotel, so that part is nice. Beds and bedding are probably best part of hotel, very comfortable.

Lighting in room is horrible. There is only a single overhead potlight in room, and even with all lights on, it is extremely dark. Very poor design. The pool and weight room are a joke. Pool is a cement box in basement(no outside light) and weight room has only a few pieces of equipment.

The service team helped a lot and were great. The room was awesome especially the bathroom.

Close to mall and wonderland and clean

Noisy - can hear others in rooms adjacent to yours and if room is on the front of hotel there is lots of noise from smokers outside of the hotel and guest traffic in and out.

Hotel and room are very clean and quiet, staff is friendly, breakfast offers a good selection either a la carte or buffet. Good internet connection in the room, both WiFi and ethernet cable are available. Very close to Canada's Wonderland. We recommend the Canyon Creek Restaurant nearby.

Buffet breakfast is on the expensive side ($14.95), but on the other end kids under 6 eat free.

Everything - It was an amazing hotel - loved the room and it was so close to Wonderland that we actually left the park to return to the hotel for a couple of hours of rest before going back. It was so convenient.

The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Your staff was excellent. Food was good at the adjoining restaurant.

We booked a room with two queen or king beds and we end up with a room with one queen bed and they charged us the same price!! We brought up our concern to their attention and they ignored it by saying that you made your reservation through a third party and not directly with us!! We truly believe that we should be compensated for the mistake that they made and we hope that you can help us regarding this matter since it is not fair to us!Thank you for your understanding.Dr.Nahid Yahyai P.S. The position for me was perfect respect to my appointments and then is closed to a big mall.

Location, location, location! Easy to get to from the 400. Great location beside Vaughan Mills Mall!

Food for family breakfast was too expensive so we went elsewhere,

Staff was welcoming and very helpful.

It seems cheap but found the things available in the gift shop very pricey(ie 3.33 for a small bag of chips. That being said I didn't have to drive to get them.
